Our community gong bath is located in the gallery space of Sweetwater Picture Framing. With total immersion into the sonic with gongs, bowls, and trigons an environment is created for the purpose of creating harmonics that are not only pleasing to experience but also create the conditions for meditation and relaxation. For some people this is just a musical experience and for others it is a transformation.

When: two Sundays each month we hold a donation only community gong meditation from 5:00-6:00 PM. Dates very from month to month so check the scrolling banner for upcoming dates.

Space is limited but we always seem to find room for "one more."
